Rastislav Zubaj works at the Office of the Government of Slovak Republic Plenipotentiary for Roma Communities as a regional coordinator of the national project Field social work and field work in municipalities with the presence of marginalized Roma communities. His work focuses on strategic planning, implementation of projects and policies aimed at improving the social and economic conditions of Roma in Slovakia. His role is to coordinate various initiatives and programmes related to education, employment, housing and health care in Roma communities. He is involved in the development and implementation of measures that promote equal opportunities and the fight against discrimination. He is actively involved in the development and implementation of solutions that contribute to the inclusion and integration of Roma communities into society.
